i sold an item a week ago and the buyer paid ebay the next day but ebay has not paid me 7days

sold an item a week ago the buyer paid EBAY the next day but Ebay has still not paid me its been a week  and  i have spent at least half a hour looking for Ebay's Contact Phone number they don't have a contact number anymore what sort of service is this ??????  Ebay are charging high fees and there service has gone how do i CONTACT EBAY TO RESOLVE THIS ?????

The service you agreed to when listing and ticking you had read and understood the terms

As per

You needed to have fully completed sign up to Managed Payments to be paid (which came on almost three years ago)

The call center closed due to Covid three years ago also 

You' like all 'sometimes' sellers are subject to a 30 days hold on your funds

IF you have indeed completed sign up and been given the go ahead by eBay to sell
