if you block bidder can they still pay

I have a person who is bidding on and winning multiple auctions.. He is up to $1000 balance. I don't really want to sell to him any longer until he settles up with me on what he's already bought. I've sent him email to pay before bidding on anything else but he's ignored my request. Plus he's requesting smaller invoices instead of one big invoice.  If I block him from bidding on other auctions, can he still pay if he's a legit buyer if he's on the block list?

Yes they can still make payment if you block them from bidding or buying on your other listings.

Blocking a buyer does not prevent them from undertaking actions related to an existing purchases, including messaging and making payment for those purchases

But you CAN block a buyer from buyer multiple items by going into your Buyer Requirements (under Site Preferences) and tick the box Block Buyers Who Are Currently Winning or Have Bought More Than .....  in the Last 10 days.  Also make sure to tick the box at the end which says Apply Above Settings to Active and Future Listings.

Is this buyer from Australia as I see you are registered in the US and this is the Australian boards. A lot of things are different between both sites so you would probably be better off going to the US discussion forum
