is this a bug? it won't let me list anything now

Hi guys

Just registered  this business account not so long ago.

I opened a store, oddly I wasn't asked to put in credit card or anything.

Now it won't let me list anything, keeps saying " This listing would cause you to exceed the number of items you can list. You can list up to 30 more items this month. Please consider reducing the quantity or request to list more."

I haven't listed any item in this account before, what gives?

Do I have to call their CS to get this solved?

Is it a multi quantity listing?

The total number of items you can potentially sell is what is calculated, so if you have a quantity of more than 30 the system won't allow the listing..

Try linking your credit card. That should give you 100 listings per month.
