wondering how to make all buyers phone number visible in Selling Manager Pro

As far as I know, you can't. You can download sales in CSV format and that will contain all details provided, but it will only show phone numbers if one has been supplied (you can change your settings so that phone numbers are required, though a number of buyers don't seem to like it).

If you do a request for contact details you will get their phone number and at the same time they will be sent yours by emails.

But why do you want a buyers number anyway?

None of your listings are pick up and there should be no need to call the buyer anyway and if there was an issue that is what ebay messages are for and it is on record of who said what and not a he said she said issue then if needed.
