As a new comer have you looked through the Site Map at the bottom of every ebay page to learn how it all works?
Yes other sellers do by from seller to resell but all you can do is list the items like every other seller and hope your items get seen and purchased by any buyers.
If you do all that ebay suggest ie free postage, money back within 30 days, same day postage of payment being received then you will be seen higher up the ranks in the Best Match searches BUT a lot of buyer prefer to search by newly listed or ending soonest.
