I sold an item which the seller claims was not recieved
I have photogrpahic proof of the items I posted taken at the post office which shows tracking numbers of other items lodged which show as delivered all posted the same time and date, 3 items sent were normal post 2 of those were recieved and feedback has been recieved, if I can prove I posted the items, where do I stand with them saying they never got it "questionable" and me having to give them a refund
i posted it it shouldn't be my fault if it didn't get delievered?????? or did it get delivered and they are trying to shaft me

Yes the onus is on you to post it but also to post it using a safe method to protect yourself and the buyer.
The perils of eBay are that buyers can take advantage so best to protect yourself.
In this case I would do as suggested and send the buyer a message explaining that all is ok as you have proof it was posted and AP have been having delays so if they could kindly wait another week. If no item by then to let you know.
A good chance it will turn up by then.

Things can also miraculously turn up when you advise the buyer that AP have opened an investigation and they may want to contact them to clarify a few details. If they're scamming for a freebie, often that's enough for the item to arrive the next day.

This is very good advice and it's worked for me on numerous occasions.
Prepare yourself a form reply (or even a few to suit different issues) in a text editor like Notepad.
A simple cut & paste is all that's required after that.
