I think that some categories are flooded ie books......for instance you could list elsewhere...even your dvds could be listed under ie 'home & garden > kitchen > dining > recipes...think outside the square

I'll keep this very short and sweet, I hope it helps.
Don't use stock photos for second hand books, but photos of the actual item, and include a more detailed description. Unfortunately "in good nick" is too vague for eBay, and too variable (in that what is "good" to one person can be "poor" to another). You'd be a lot better off listing visible imperfections, if there are any, or highlighting things like "no creases, no page yellowing" etc if the book doesn't have anything like that.
I know less about the trading cards than I do about books (in terms of selling), but some of the pics seem a little out of focus. I'm presuming they're photographs, and if you have a scanner, I suspect it'd be able to produce some very good quality images.

Cards I know and can comment on, your pics are so tiny! I don't know why they are so small, they should be a higher resolution eg. 300 dpi. Did you scan them or are they some type of stock picture you got somewhere else?
