postage calculator - faiilure to update with Oz post price increases.

Ebay postage calculator failed to take into account - Oz Post  price rises.

I am now out of pocket for parcels that have been posted.

Has the calculator been up-dated?

Is there anything that can be done about the money I have lost??

Probably not, but call eBay and see how you go.

IMO you have lost money due to a technical problem on the 'site' they provide and charge you for selling on, so they should do the right thing and re-imburse you for this cost when the site is not performing to the standard you are paying for and have every right to expect.

Let us know how you go, although I am pretty sure I know the answer from eBay (as do you no doubt). They have a C&P response for everything they don't wish to take respnsibility for.

And now they are going to charge FVF on the postage as well ... so you will lose even more money
