Anyone else having problems with the automatic (3) free re-lists coming off the 100 free listings that started today? .
Seems to be some sort of glitch

I suggest that if you want the listings you lost to be credited ..... ring them and keep hassling .... it took me a few phone calls .... and ask for a reference no. each time. They made the mistake ... they have to make it up .......

As I said I would, I did make the call today - and yes I will be getting a credit for the 24 listings that were charged insertion fees after Ebay took 24 off my 100 free as a result of auto relists. eBay has at least kept its end of the agreement.
@ dotm2004 and lowancrafts - the CS rep I spoke to today tried to find the rep I spoke to on the 15th, so the details of my call were recorded on my account, as I expected they would be.
I will keep in mind for the future as suggested by mbselections to ask for a reference number. It may cut down the inordinate amount of time these reps spend talking endlessly, and actually saying nothing.
So, for me at least, it's a case of 'all's well that ends well'. I hope others have a positive outcome also.

The difference with me and I suspect a number of others, is that I didn't keep listing once I noticed that a listing fee was being charged. I just stopped listing which meant I lost about 36 of my free listings due to auto relists being used. I have never been credited those listings back, but then again, I complained only once. The response of the CS rep at the time (20/6) was "If there are items that were for automatically relisting then that will also use a free listing". When I poinbted out that this had never happened in the past, all went silent and I ended the live chat.
I am still angry that ebay got away with this blantant deception.

I rang eBay after the listing time had finished .... I said I had lost 'about' 50 of the listings. They agreed I should have them back, without any argument about the number of listings. . I then gave her dates I wanted to use them over a period of 5 days.
I was then told to list the 50 items in that period, given a reference no. and told that 50 items will be credited the day after I finish the listings. I will only need to ring back if the credits don't go through on that date .... but I have been assured they will.
I am more than happy with the service I was given, should I say .... so far.
