Since the MBG came in I have been getting the case type email with options of refunding, etc...for INR. But a few days ago I got the old type "I haven't received my item yet" email. Are there two different ways of contacting a seller for INR?
Item posted out on Wednessday and they contacted me on Sunday (2 freaking business days to VIC), so possibly they couldn't go through the case type thing after just 2 business days. I emailed them back quoting delivery times and they didn't even bother replying.

I received one yesterday morning - but as it was posted on the 9th April from Vic to NSW, considered it a fair question. Tracking only showed lodgement at the PO on the 9th.
Rang AP - had to laugh, I was on hold for that long, I jumped into my car and went to the supermarket. Got my goodies, and was nearly back home again when my call was answered. (The phone was on the seat and on speaker before anyone jumps in with 'you shouldn't be on the phone when driving').
Anyway, investigation opened with AP, request for it to be RTS when found, as my buyer won't be home for a while. I have fully refunded my buyer through PP, and we have an agreement that if/when it turns up he will pay me for it again. I believe I'm one of the lucky ones in that I can trust people who buy from me to do what they say they will.

When I contacted a seller to ask for a tracking number, trying to contact them automatically went through the case initiation process. This was after three weeks though (in the same city). I had not intended to do anything other than ask a question. All ended happily, the seller contacted AP who said there had been "a mix up" and I then received my item three days later. It has been posted when they said they had posted, right after payment. Totally AP's fault.
but it might be that after a long enough time frame contact goes through to the case level ...
