"This Feature is Temporarily Unavailable"

I get this when I try and go to sell an item, I manage to fill in the creditials, but when I go to physically post it, I get this error. 

Is there a fix?

Internet explorer is a nightmare.  I only use Google Chrome where possible, and Firefox as a backup.

Oh but hey, if you ring customer support they'll ask you to ' try it in internet explorer' lmao...... *sigh*
