Why is there no provision to speak to an ebay representative about scammers?
I keep on getting phone calls from people who accuse me of running a scam, because my phone number has been linked to the scam through ebay.
So much for customer care from ebay.

eBay protects scammers because there is no way to report a fraudulent account to eBay.
I got a message from a scammer listed as being in Guatemala - and they want a quote to purchase and ship my expensive part to Almaty in Kazakhstan? Account owner has zero feedback, zero listings.
Yet I cannot report this fraudulent account, there is absolutely NOTHING in the Help or Customer Assistance pages where you can lodge a scammer account report.
Pretty pathetic, eBay! Typical corporate BS - all the right soothing words about how safe trading is on eBay - yet, no support when a scammer turns up!

You’ve posted on an old thread (which dates back a year and a half), with a post whose content is not related to the subject.
Honestly, you’d be best off starting a new thread, and asking for advice on how to report a buyer who has broken one of eBay’s policies. I could reply here, but it would just end up being confusing in a non-relevant thread.
This is the right board, though.

I personally would ignore the message and move on.
Do you have International postage listed on your listings? If so, change it.
