Tell her she can have a full refund when you get the camera back.
When did you ever get a refund from a shop by just demanding it. You have to return the goods.
And when she returns the camera, check to be sure it's the one you sent her- I hope you can find a record of the serial number.

If she opens an item not as described case, she will need to return the item via registered post at her cost in order to satisfy a PayPal claim. (If she paid via PayPal)
If not message her and explain the ebay procedure is for her to return it and if it is in the same condition, you will refund her including initial postage. Up to you if you refund the return postage as well.
I normally refund all if I need to and keep the customer satisfied. Then I always still get positive feedback. 🙂

The question is: did it have a scratch that you did not mention? Do you have a photo of the camera that shows the LSD?
She is probably angling for a discount.

If it is the Panasonic Lumix then you made no mention of the scratch on the lcd and that is a very big omission when describing a secondhand item.
It would be reasonable to expect a scratch on the body of the camera but the lcd is a whole different matter.

I wouldn't be impressed if a scratch was on the LCD and there was no mention of it.
I'd ask for the camera to be returned, and then refund her including her postage costs. PayPal will require her to send the item back before a refund is granted anyway. She can't have it both ways.
