sold but not paid for

hi all where can i go to see if ebay paid me back money when it did not come through. i have checked paypal no refund from ebay ever. Looking for somewhere on ebay

Did you open an UPI case after the item wasn't paid? You have to do that 1st & wait for the buyer to respond,4 days i think,then close the case to get your FVF back on the unpaid item.

i did on this one but not others back when it was new to me, i was looking for somewhere to check all back invoices agist sales

if you did not open and close an unpaid item dispute with your ''buyer'' you will not get your fvf refunded by ebay.

when ebay do refund, it shows as a Credit on your monthly invoice.
