unable to generate invoice as asking me for inter nation postage charge

I have sold the goods to an overseas buyer, and it keeps asking me for correct postage amount which I dont have

If you are unable to add at total for the actual post amount, you can not (and really shouldn't) send an invoice then.  

An invoice outlines the total payment required for the goods listed including the post service and cost.
