unauthorized user of buyer or bidder account

I got this message via email:

We had to cancel bids and purchases on the following item(s) for the buyer, malan, because they were made without the account owner's permission.

But the problem is that they brought it for buy it now.

I haven't shipped it so what shall i do?

If they have not paid then don't ship....ebay has cancelled the purchases.

They paid, the funds came up as pending in paypal

If the payment is pending then there is a good chance that it will never clear....I would not send if it were me.

Never, ever post until payment clears.

Unless you have a 21 day hold on your funds.
