uploading photos

Im  selling a secondhand car, uploading photos taken with a digital camera is OK, but from a smartphone it fails why?

I have no idea but possibly the file is not in jpeg or another suitable format or the file size is too big.

As mentioned most likely different format.

If you need to upload photos from your phone, try putting the photos on your computer first then browse them into the listing while listing on the comp.
