why are some buyers unable to complete checkout

I have recently had two messages within an hour from buyers unable to complete the checkout. process due to failure t process payment. I tried myself and the purchase was good until the final step when the payment  was unable to be processed. I used a visa debit first which was rejected, and the item not sold but the transaction is "pending" in the recent transaction. Paypal also rejected. Both options are financial.

How would you expect us to know why any particular transaction cannot be processed.

We would need to conider the circumstances of each individual transaction and even then it would be a guess.

You could try contacting paypal.....or you could be patient and try again.
