Define too late.
I have been known to walk into the shops at 5.15 on Christmas Eve, do my Christmas shopping and be out of there by closing time at 5.30.
Today does seem to be cutting it a bit fine when you're relying on AP, though.

yeah dave thats what i mean as a seller i cant say if it will get there in time or not because as sellers know AP is frantic right now

Well I am still buying on ebay but I do not ask if they will get here for Christmas.
I have several family birthdays in January and February, so I buy when I see something suitable.

Technically Christmas is 6 days away so buyers aren't actually leaving it to the last minute. 😛

Carly, did you offer them the option of paying extra for Express?
JMO but I would've & explained why it was necessary if they wanted it for Christmas ie in your dreams sunshine if you want normal post :^O

don't post the thing, until the funds are cleared

uh, too late to cancel post.
can see a situation where you don't get your moolah,
but your customer ends up with de item.

We had a buyer this afternoon wondering (actually assuming/ expecting) about delivery to somewhere oustide Karrathera in WA (we're in Hobart - you would actually be hard pressed to find a bigger distance!!!).
Not even Express Post would make it.
Sigh!
