i get some idiot that after 3 months decides his item didnt work when it arrived ,especially when i had it professionally packed in foam,gives neg after i refuse to refund, so after 700 dealings with a perfect 100% rating i am now 98% because of this fool decided he didnt want it and wanted a refund ,and does ebay look after me ?, not likely very disapointed bob2839

Bob - statistics tell us that 1 in 5 people have suffered mental illness in their lives. In context accept this statistic as an occupational hazard in dealing with the public.
Consider the concept of leaving feedback for someone who pays for what they buy - effectively paying a bill - next time you go through a supermarket check out ask for feedback and see what you get ................
I think most long term Ebay sellers have suffered the indignity of the dreaded neg , sometimes mate you need to treat it with the contempt it deserves and continue to uphold your personal standards
