Beware of fraudulent buyer
I contacted them after non-payment and they then responded saying they changed their mind. I said that this was not a satisfactory outcome and would raise it with eBay. They sent me a "hahahahaha - " response.
Please avoid or delete their bids.

Ring ebay & report them and let them read the messages.

Open an unpaid item dispute 4 days after the listing ended, then close it again after exactly 4 days to get your fees back. The buyer will get a strike against their account. As already mentioned, add them to your blocked buyer list.

What sheep said.
Unpaid item dispute.
You'll get your selling commission back, they get a strike.
Then the last hahaha will be on them.
