xmas card stamp price?

Anyone know for sure how much they will be this year exactly? Im having trouble eugooglizing it.

My PO told me stamps in general are going from 70 cents to $1.00.

Don't now about xmas cards though.

Yes. The price of sending a Seasonal Greeting Card or Christmas card will remain at 65 cents and has been frozen.  This mail will also be sent by the new Regular service.

65 cents doesnt seem much of a discount lol

The discount has always been 5c off the normal stamp price, hardly worth it unless you send dozens of cards.  The new stamp pricing won't kick in until at least February 2016, assuming AP gets the nod from ACCC, appears likely they will, but not yet confirmed.

Ahh ok. I have a bunch of 65c, 60c and 55c stamps and was wondering which ones I should keep aside for cards 🙂

You can always buy 5c or 10c stamps to add the those that you have.

I always seem to have Christmas stamps left over....they often resurface for the following year or I just make up the correct postage if using them outside the allowed Christmas period.
