She's been trying to purchase it ,but could not due to the error below.

In fact there is no "Add to cart" option when the item is viewed from the ebay Malaysia.
She has contacted the eBay support and explained that it is due to the item location in Australia.
However the item can be post to worldwide.
Could you please help to resolve this issue?
