A customer has just sent me a screen shot of one of my items advertised as 4 day free postage but the item in question doesn't have free shipping or pickup as an option. The customer was emailing me because when they went to purchase the item they couldn't access the advertised free shipping option. At first I thought ebay was running a promo but I can't replicate the free shipping advert on my laptop or iphone, then I thought they might be part of Ebay plus which has a promo but my items don't appear in the ebay plus search. I'm guessing it's a glitch ? BUT I did notice on my iphone the 4 afterpays option also didn't include shipping. ??????
