I have also been unable to contact ebay customer support by phone for nearly a week now. I get to the contact page and click madly on the little phone icon.... and then NOTHING.... No phone number and no code.
What is going on ??
I managed to get the phone number by other means and have spoken to them twice. They suggested I clear cookies, which I did... no improvement AT ALL !!
What is going on with ebay lately? 50% drop in sales. Search default set on foreign sellers mixed with Australian sellers. NOW I can't even get in touch with help desk to fine tune my site to help improve it.
