I am a seller on eBay and I received a message from eBay yesterday saying that 76 listings (of my 500 listings) are in violation of eBay policies and require immediate update.
I had the person that designed my page (and did the correct coding as per eBay's requirements) check my listings for me and she advised me that there is nothing wrong with my listings. However, in the Seller Hub Overview Tasks area, it says "Remove contact information and links to websites outside of eBay" for 76 of my listings. In another area of eBay, it says that I don't have any active content in any of my listings.
I am very confused. I spoke to an eBay representative who could not really help which is very frustrating.
Has anyone received such an email or apparently has a problem with their listings? Or is there a glitch in eBay and they are sending out incorrect information about apparent problems and there are no problems as such. Please advise.
