Anyone else having trouble contacting customer live chat? Also, why is my shipping calculator saying not available for your area

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to live chat? I have been in a queue for 1/2 an hour now on live chat but nothing is happening. It just says that the next available chat agent will be able to assist you but nothing is happening. 

Also, I am selling a juice extractor and set up my shipping based on location (calculator) but when I go in to the order it says "Postage cannot be calculated for your area. You can contact the seller for additional postage costs and services."

I worked out why - apparently I am over the exceeding limitations - it's  40cm/40cm/40cm but it will only work if I put in 35cm/35cm/35cm. Not sure how that will work - will have to measure it again or just offer pick up.
