Have sent multiple requests for an invoice, as prompted by a red alert. Unable to send payment. I don't think my requests are reaching the seller, as seller has sent one message saying he can't send the item until he receives payment. 2 chat sessions and one phone call with eBay and still nothing has changed. So frustrating!
