For the last few weeks since Ebay has been making a lot of changes I have been having trouble with IE8 'not responding' all the time but only on Ebay Australia. Ebay.com and eBay UK work flawlessly. The problem mostly seem to be coming when you mouse over the zoomable images. I am also noticing a lot of pages are not fully loading with numerous various items showing in the status bar continuously for some time. Sometimes refreshing the page or viewing page in compatibility mode will solve the problem but more often than not the issue remains. Another thing I am noticing is a similar problem when you close a page and it either goes into 'not responding' or the tab does not actually close untill some time after closing. It appears to be a problem with some of the scripts. I have tried it on 3 computers and with one that was freshly reformated about a mounth ago so I am reasonably sure it is not a software issue at my end.
