Awaiting Express post is not showing in seller hub

When we receive orders with express post option it is not showing in the Manage orders Awaiting Express post.

I have contacted ebay and spent almost an hour getting the run around.

Is there anything i can do my end?

Who knows. I can't even access my inventory, as eBay claims my store was never subscribed to SMP, which was automatic. And handily if I hit My eBay from the error page I get a signon for eBay US.

 

Seems they might be breaking fixing things that weren't broken
