I had informed Ebay on the occasions ebay contacted me regarding cancellation of orders. On those two occasions when I went to pay via PayPal the order had doubled in price! Or the order had doubled up - I am not totally IT litterate. So I cancelled the payment. I have just been informed that I should have also informed the Sellers that I was cancelling and why. I was under the impression I was being scammed.
So how do I go about getting back to being able to purchase on ebay once again??
