Delivery dates of items included within a postage policy featuring 5 day handling/processing time are showing up as 1 day handling, any solution?

"Will usually post within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment."
Todays date is 4th October....Yet it displays a delivery date of "Estimated between Fri, 7 Oct and Wed, 12 Oct to 2261"
It shows 5 business days handling for me and ETA of 13 Oct - 19 Oct to WA.
