Hi there! One customer bought 4 items (postage was $3.5 x 4) in my shop and asked for a combined postage. I then sent a revised invoice making the combined postage to $11.75. But later on he still paid separately, and only paid $7 for the total postage. How did he managed to by pass my combined invoice, and paid even less?! Please someone help. Thank you!
