Buyer requirements keeps turning off ?After I edit & submit - successfully updated !

Trying to edit my buyer requirements '' after I slide to button to on ''' eBay say I've now updated those choices but then when I check ,  it's turned off  !

Can't seem to contact eBay   to leave the button on  😕

I think it is because - if you read that section - they have to have had other issues - not just 0 FB.

ie. a no payment strike etc.

you have 1 active listing with a 0 f/b bid....so am unsure whether you can retrospectively activate it.....or is it for a new listing?

There is no way to block buyers with zero feedback... unless they have purchased from you before.
