I am spending my long holiday O/S, coming back au in mid Feb2014. I have registerd and used my o/s ph number. when I want to bid or contact a seller, ebay asks me to enter a PIN sent to my mob. But I've never received any. maybe o/s numbers are not serviced.
How can I get contact to a seller or bid for an item (car) to pay now and pick it up later?.
