Can't get into my feedback ,when I tried to contact ebay it says I am a bot

Can't get into my feedback I keep getting a security issue message when I tried to contact ebay a message comes up that  says that I am a bot anyone else had this problem

@ Sandy. I just go to "advanced" on the warning, then "accept risk" and access feedback that way.

Thank you  I just tried to do this but on my notification I only have the go back choice not the accept and continue.

Many are getting that warning at the moment because of one or more of the website's certificates being invalid so they cannot guarantee their authenticity. It is not a virus and I usually click on "proceed anyway".

It would be nice if they fixed the certificate at some stage though.

Try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer, that will often solve log-in loops which is what might be happening to you.

I cannot see anyone's feedback in general (for a couple of weeks now) the 'normal' way

I get a security warning from my anti virus

I can see other's feedback by either going to another of the items they have for sale. clicking that and then clicking feedback, or by clicking on their username first and when that page opens, click on the feedback number 

I have not had the bot issue though, as I have not tried to contact eBay about it (as I know they will just give the generic, scripted response that they will raise it with the tech staff, which they won't)
