Categories have gone. Why?

Why have ebay changed the site so that categories and sub categories are no longer visible. Thsi si reallyt going backwards.  How are customers supposed to see what you have?  I am utterly devastated. After 17 years I may have to shut my store as customers cant find anything.

They haven't gone, eBay have made some changes.

I agree.

I hate this new format, and it is very inconsistent.

Individual listings have the categories, but the shop front does not.

We used to have control over what our shop looked like, now we have lost the ability to individualise.

I hate these new changes, and I too have wondered if there is a better platform to move my shop to
