Customer Service is non existent after 5 and before that woeful- disconnected three times!!!!

I have three issues to discuss:  Are the 100 free insertions automatically relisted x 3/4 as the 40 monthly free insertions.  Or they are one only free insertions with no automatic free relists.

Could you restore the group relist with the select all rather than the select all and only be able to delete.  Impossible to do each individual item a separate relist!!!!!  Takes too much time to do individually!!!!!!!

And the same for the feedback.. the new feedbak makes you have to retype the standard response you might want to give - which I do... but no, Ihave to retype each time.  

I would love some answers please.....and especially how I get the option up to have you call me, me call you or email you in the Contact Us heading... nothing comes up!!!! Ridiculous... you are making it extremely hard.  I do this and give 100% for a doctor in the DRCongo so all my effort is not for self and this makes it extra extra difficult for me.... appreciate your help.
