Deleting drop down box Only secure content is displayed

Every time I do anything a display box comes up with "Only secure content is displayed". The system will not let me do anything at all and I have to wait for some time and can continue only when the box finally disappears. I'm delighted that only secure content is displayed but I don't need to be told at every move I make. Is there any way to stop this display box constantly appearing? Looking forward to your reply. I have not seen anything here,on mine but there are quite a few different posts on the forum about quite a few different errors,glitches and oddities so my guess would be ebay is 'fiddling around' and causing things to mess up
