Does an ebay employee have the right not to give out his full name over the phone
If you need to identify the CS person you have spoken to on the phone you can ask for their number.
Most of them give you their first name and first letter of their last name....that is all you need to identify them.
Yes for privacy reasons.
But why would you even want to know their full name?
You could register with any name you like to protect your real name so no difference really.
