I sold an item to a person and it was returned 2 weeks later with a note that the address was incomplete. I sent it to the address supplied. I then emailed the buyer to tell her what had happened but have not heard from her one week later. I do not know what to do now as it has been 3 weeks since I first sent the item to her. I am unable to contact ebay as it does not fit into the category of the "questions". Any advice please
