As per subject heading plus really peeved at sellers who provide tracking numbers, hit the item sent button but item has NOT been sent.

Select help at the top and scroll down to contact.

You will get the options for contact. They seem to change now and again.

Sellers that use postal labels printed in eBay, as soon as they print it out it's marked as posted.

Not the sellers doing, that's the eBay automated system.
