Do people hire EBay to take care of the whole selling process of a caravan sale that was originally posted on Marketplace which is a buy sell swap platform through the Facebook app ?

eBay do NOT facilitate nor get involved in sales of vehicles.
As stated already it is a SCAM !
Anything over the internet that seems too good to be true, usually is.
