Err with postcode on click and send, even collect Suburb, State and post code.

Is any problem with click and send system at the moment?  I've been doing 3 items, 2 of 3 itmes makes err because of post code on top page (1.Item screen) even Suburb, State and post code are collect. Please advice me!
