Error messages with buying internationally from Australia

Can't seem to purchase items internationally. Keep getting error messages and payment won't go through. I was told ebay was working on this, however it would take between 24-48 hours to resolve. Its already been a day. Does ebay normally take this long to resolve known glitches? Is there a board which updates when known issues are resolved?

Have you tried to old "fix" of clearing cache and cookies then rebooting you computer and/or trying a different browser ?

All I know is the 24-48 hour blurb is a generic copy and paste 'response' to anything and everything that anyone asks 

 

As for the board which updates such things, I've never seen such a thing

Certainly not here on the member to member forum anyway

Last time I checked 24 to 48 hours is 1 to 2 days,  and you are already concerned after a day.   Ah,  maybe some patients and let them work through it
