Every time I try to print a packing slip my pc crashes.

I cannot print packing slips as it crashes my pc .It is not my printer or pc as it only happens on ebay site whilst trying to print packing slip/invoice

Have you tried printing the packing slip from the app or the mobile site? 

FYI... it is not possible to print an eBay packing slip or invoice through MyPost. So while opening a MyPost account can be beneficial in many ways, it definitely won't solve your current problem.

I realise that lezned, obviously the OP would need to weigh the package and measure it to get the postal rate applicable.

They can have all the weights and measurements in the world and they still wouldn't be able to print an eBay invoice or packing slip through MyPost.

You do understand the difference between a packing slip and a postage label, right?

The OP's issue is with the former - not the latter.

Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer ?

Failing that all I can suggest is opening a My Post account with AP and dealing directly with them.
