I wish to return an item but it doesn’t show on eBay purchases

At the top of your purchase history click on the "last 60 days" option and change it to 2023, then you should be able to find out if you can open a dispute through eBay's MBG.

If you can't use the MBG then you'll have to go to Paypal's Resolution Centre.  DO NOT open both an eBay dispute and a Paypal dispute at the same time or they'll both be closed against you.
