eBay recently decided to have this default feedback text in the feedback comments section. It’s not “sticky”, in that if you leave it as it is and try to post that feedback, it will not post.

The instant that you start typing your feedback in the comments field, the grey default text will vanish, and you can post your feedback.

It’s weird, pointless, confusing and unhelpful, but that’s what eBay has done and that’s that.

Simply put the cursor in the section and type your feedback.

The pre-filled text will disappear.

you can go to ORDERS in Seller Hub....and leave f/b from there...no pre-filled blurb

Ebay changes have not exactly been the best, recently.

From the look of the pages of the saved searches and sellers or the look of a seller's page when you click on a name (now after clicking on a name I have to first scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on "see all" and then change to "list view"), to not seeing the details of a transaction in the summary any more (you have to click on "purchase history" on the left to see details)  and seeing a pre-filled text when trying to leave feedback (which often seems to confuse people) - one has to wonder why they implement such changes... but there is probably no answer.
