Has anyone had a item that was sold reappear in your listings?

I sold an item on 12/26 and the same item was in my listings and someone tried to buy it again. This is the third time it happened and Ebay has lowered  my performance level.

But yes, here is OZ there have been many sellers post on the forum the same thing has happened to them
