Help - I updated my email address yesterday and now I can't login

updated my email address yesterday and am now unable to login - login appears not to recognise either the old or new addresses

Unable to find a help line number so I need help to 'recover' my account

I don't use my email address to log in.....just my ebay ID and password.

Clear all cookies, history, and cached data. Log out.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet Explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.

FWIW I clear all history every time I close the browser by default, and I'm on a mobile broadband connection so no router to be concerned with.

I have managed to log in using my user name, but it still refuses to accept the updated email addy
